Pages, Keynote, and Numbers Now Support iPhone and iPod touch

Today, Apple released updates to its iWork apps for iOS in the form of Pages, Keynote, and Numbers. All three apps now carry the version number of 1.4. Prior to these updates, only the iPad was supported. Keep reading for the full details.The update notes for all three apps lists the fact that Pages, Keynote, and Numbers are now universal apps for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch.

In addition, all three updates feature a “New document manager to easily sort your documents and organize them into folders.”

The Pages update also lists a new feature listed as “Smart Zoom for viewing and editing data.” The final change for Pages is listed as the “Ability to change font style and size directly from the ruler when editing text.”

The Keynote update add support for the “Keynote Remote app (sold separately on the App Store) to control your presentations from another iPhone or iPod touch.”

The Numbers update lists “Improved usability including Smart Zoom for viewing and editing data.”

Pages, Keynote, and Numbers are available for $9.99 each from the App Store or as a free universal update for those that previously owned the iPad only versions.
